Atsushi FUKUI (Joined in December 2024)	Graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering, College of Industrial Technology, Nihon University in 1977. From April 1978, worked at Yaesu Musen Co., Ltd., where he was engaged in the design, development, and mass production of mobile and portable wireless communication devices, mainly in the VHF (30 MHz ? 300 MHz) and UHF (300 MHz - 3 GHz) frequency bands. Later, he worked in the Intellectual Property Department of Clarion Co., Ltd. Since August 2003, he has been working as a technical staff member at Asamura Patent Office, focusing primarily on outbound and inbound patent filings. After becoming a registered patent attorney in 2013 (Registration No. 18701), he has also handled domestic patent filings, including drafting of specifications.
